Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose to start the paid plan at checkout.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and you'll get the full amount of that charge back. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and won't renew after that.

Write to hello@branchbids.com or use the contact page from the email on your account. You can also contact Paddle directly using the link on your receipt.

Who processes payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
