The service

BranchBids compares the products you describe with public buying opportunities and shows which requirements appear to be met, not met, or unconfirmed, with the sources behind each result.

What a result means

• A Match means the required conditions we could read appear to be met. It is not a guarantee that you are eligible, that your offer will be accepted, or that you will win.
• We don't check every buyer or portal, and we may miss notices, amendments, or requirements, including ones in attachments we can't read.
• You are responsible for reading the original notice and its amendments, confirming eligibility, and meeting every requirement and deadline set by the buyer. We don't submit bids for you.

Your account

Keep your password secure and your information accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us through the contact page if you think it has been accessed without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the product information you provide. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service. That includes attempting to access other customers' data, disrupting the service, scraping it at scale, or using it to break any law or any procurement rule.

Fees

Creating an account is free. Paid plans, when offered, are described on the pricing page and are charged only after you start one at checkout. You can cancel before renewal.

Public data

Opportunity information comes from public government sources and is provided as published, without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for lost contracts, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using BranchBids and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service or other customers at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders before they take effect.
